HOMZ, a portfolio company of Patel Family Office (PFO), was invited to share its vision at the recently concluded American Tamil Entrepreneurs Association (ATEA) National Entrepreneurs Conference CATEALYZE 2022.PFO has been in the hospitality industry for 50+ years and owns $1+ billion in real estate across the US, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. Its newest initiative, HOMZ, takes inspiration from the hospitality model to create the same kind of brand recognition for master-planned rental communities. These communities will be highly-amenitized, and at the core, will aim to eradicate the US housing crisis through public and private partnerships with cities.
